The Customer/Verified Member understands and agrees that every transaction includes sending crypto assets fromArbitech to the blockchain network what is done is final, cannot be cancelled.Arbitech is not responsible for any losses including but not limited to losses arising from delays or negligence such as incorrect delivery addresses in the transaction process. The Customer/Verified Member understands and agrees that when the Customer/Verified Member or third party sends crypto assets to an external crypto walletArbitech, the party initiating the transaction is fully responsible for carrying out the execution correctly, including configuring sufficient miner fees so that the transaction is successful and ensuring that the destination addressArbitech is true and accurate. Once transactions are submitted to the blockchain network, crypto asset transactions from external crypto wallets are transferredArbitech via the blockchain will be delayed for a while until sufficient confirmation from the blockchain network.   • We are, in our reasonable opinion, required to do so by applicable law or a court or other authority in any jurisdiction.

• If we suspend or close your Account, or terminate your use of the Services for any reason, we reserve the right to require you to complete the procedures outlined in the Account Registration sectionArbitech before allowing you to transfer or withdraw Crypto Assets or Funds.

SystemArbitech will immediately process the User's account deletion request by sending an account deletion request through the User Assistance Service team. Account deletion may result in:

Users can recover assets, withdraw funds, or complete pending transactions, starting within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the request for account deletion.Arbitech and Users will permanently no longer be able to:
